- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
Use 2 Tbsp of the mix per pound of ground beef, brown first, drain, sautee some onions, throw back in with enough water to halfway cover. Slow boil until almost dry.
